Hope Academy's Elementary program runs from Kindergarten to Grade 5. We offer a variety of traditional subjects, such as reading, math, science and social studies. We also offer a variety of enrichment activities after school in our After School Clubs run by teachers and outside professionals. Last year's highlights included Mad Scientist club, Paddleboarding, and Girl's Just Want to Have Fun. This year, Robotics will be added to the offered programs.
Computers, iPads and other forms of technology are utilized throughout the day with a variety of programs, such as RAZ Kids, and IXL. Students in Grade 5 are required to bring their own laptop (with charger and case) each day.
Students in Grades 4 and up will be using agendas to develop organization and promote communication between home and school.
Hope Academy's Middle School program runs from Grade 6-8. Students begin to have multiple teachers teaching their core subjects in 1 hour blocks. Each grade has a homeroom teacher who is the student and parents first point of contact. They will help to coordinate information from other teachers. Use of the agendas is enforced as this trains students to develop organization and responsibility for their learning.
